CAPE TOWN – The yellow level 2 warning issued by the SA Weather Service for coastal provinces remains in place.  
Several regions in the Eastern Cape and KwaZulu-Natal are experiencing turbulent waves and icy conditions.
The conditions could damage coastal infrastructure and disrupt small harbours and ports.
