It is composed of machine box, PLC Programmable controller, cylinder, controlling box, conveyor, sensors and so on. Users are able to control the whole working process of the machine through the user interface. High-speed PLC system controls the whole process including counting, filling, and monitoring. The machine counts precisely, quickly on capsules. Some accessory equipment can be connected like feeding turntable, capping machine and Labeling machine.

Specification:
1. Vertical rail compensated counting mode. The accuracy almost is 100%. To avoid the disadvantages of low accuracy of traditional shake or rotated counting mode.
2. For the same size capsules, no need to change any mode when set to count different quantity. It can be changed quickly by changing the number on touchscreen.
3. The main machine adopts frequency control. It implements a soft start. With sensitive speed control, reliable and stable. Also can withstand higher starting torque.
4. Adopt the conveyor to convey the bottles. Reserved interface for connecting of other machines of the production line (Bottle unscramble, Capping machine) for future.
5. Control system adopt PLC + Touch screen, easily and quickly to set any parameters.
6. Light-control technology automatically detects no bottle or overturn bottle. Automatically alarm and stop to decrease the waster of capsules to the least.
7. Mold all fixed by cylindrical pins which make the changing of mold faster. Only need about 5 mins to change and install in place.
8. The material contact parts made of stainless steel 304. (customize if require SS316)
