Defatted soy flour,water
Flavour Sachet
Coriander,Cumin Seeds,Fennel,Chillies,Metty Seeds,Dill Seeds,Cardamom,Clove,Curry Leaves,Pepper,Flavour Enhancer & Natural Chicken Flavour
Methods of Preparation
Wash soya meat nuggets and boil them in water for five minutes with a bit of salt.
Squeeze out excess water and cut into size if required.
Then mix with roast chicken flavoured curry powder mix in the sachet;Leave for three minutes to marinates.
Add cup of water or coconut milk and simmer for five minutes with salt to taste.
