Delicious Chicken Flavour 90g Soya Meat Packet Sri Lanka.
Method of Preparation
Soak Soya in salted hot water for 5 minutes and strain away the excess water.
Wash with cold water and aqueeze soya thoroughly.
Add flavour mix (flavour mix  included in soya packet) and let it rest 3 minutes.
Heat oil (10ml) and add chopped ginger and garlic , rampe , curry leaves, onions and green chillies.
Add marinated soya and temper for 3 minutes and for more flavour add some soya sauce.
Add 1/2 cup of water or coconut  Milk(100ml) and add tamarind or tomatoes.
Simmer for 3 minutes.
