Method of Preparation
1st - Soak ‘Fortune’ Soya nuggets in salted hot water for 5 minutes and strain away the excess water. Wash with cold              water and squeeze thoroughly.
2nd - Add curry mix sachet and let it marinate for 3 minutes.
3rd -  Add 1 cup (200ml) water. Add salt to taste and mix well. Cook at low fire (add tempered garlic, rampe, curry leaves and green chillies if required).
