Preparation
·
Soak Soya Meat pieces in hot water for 10 minutes.
·
Squeeze out water. Mix Sachet content with Soya Meat and keep 3-4 minutes.
·
Temper Garlic, Curry Leaves, Pandan, Green Chili, Tomato, Ginger and Onion.
·
Add Soya Meat and cook for 3 minutes. Add one cup of water or Coconut milk and cook for 5-7 minutes, add salt to taste.
