METHOD OF PREPARATION
Soak soya TSP Nuggets in salted hot water for 5 minutes and strain away the excess water.
Wash with cold water and squeeze TSP Nuggets thoroughly.
Add flavour mix and let it marinate 3 minutes.
Heat oil (9ml) and temper ground ginger, rampe, curry leaves, onions, green chillies and garlic.
Add marinated TSP Nuggets and saute well.
Then add 1 cup (200ml) of water.
Add tamarind or tomatoes and mix well.
Cook at low fire.
