Is soya meat good for health?
Soy is a nutrient-dense source of protein that can safely be consumed several times a week, and probably more often, and is likely to provide health benefits—especially when eaten as an alternative to red and processed meat.
How to prepare?
Cook Soya in salted hot water for 5 minutes and strain away the excess water.
Wash with cold water and squeeze soya thoroughly.
Add flavour mix (flavour mix sachet included in soya packet) and let it maintain 3 minutes.
Heat oil (9ml) and temper ground ginger and garlic, rampe , curry leaves, onions and green chilies.
Add marinated soya and temper for 3 minutes.
Add 1 cup of water (200ml) and add tamarind or tomatoes and simmer for 3 minutes.
