    How to Prepare
    Soak soya nuggets in salted hot water for 5 minutes and strain away the excess water. Wash with cold water and squeeze thoroughly. Heat oil (10 ml) and temper ground ginger and garlic, curry leaves, onions, green chillies and tomatoes. Add soaked soy nuggets and sauté well. Add flavor mix and soya sauce. Then mix well and add ½ cup (100ml) of water. Cook at low fire.
