    Soya meat is a texturized vegetable protein(TVP)made from defatted soy flour,a by-product of extracting soybean oil.
    Soya meat is a good source of protein,unsaturated fatty acids,B vitamins,fiber,iron,calcium and zinc.
    It is becoming increasingly popular as a healthy substitute for meat.
    It is comparable to meat in texture and flavor and cooked with appropriate spices can be converted into a delicious high protein curry to accompany your meals.
    This soya meat brings you the natural Cuttlefish flavor.
    How to prepare
    Soya meat is kept in salted hot water for 5 minutes and strain away the excess water.
    Wash with cold water and squeeze soya thoroughly.
    Add flavor mix (flavor mix sachet included in soya packet) and let it maintain 3 minutes.
    Heat oil (10ml) and temper ground ginger and garlic,rampe,curry leaves,onions and green chilies.
    Add marinated soya and temper for 3 minutes.
    Add 1 cup of water or coconut milk (200ml) and add tamarind or tomatoes and simmer for 3 minutes.
