Preparation :
Take the Soya out of the packet, boil in water, add salt and squeeze out the water in the Soya. Put the oil into a pan, add the garlic and ginger. Add the Soya when garlic is golden color. When the Soya is well tempered, increase the heat and add the flavoring mix in the transparent sachet to the Soya and mix well. Next step is to add one cup of water and the sauce in the aluminum pack to the Soya and mix the contents thoroughly, letting it simmer until the gravy is quite thick. Now it is ready for tasting.
