RETURNS:
You must email us within 3 days of receiving your item for a return. If your item is not as pictured or damaged, we will need to see pictures. Once we have received your photos, we will send you instructions on how to return(we will pay for the return). Items must be returned within 14days of Auction end date. Item must have My Open Wardrobe tag or marking still on to be returned.
If you have changed your mind or the item is not the correct size, please follow the above procedure and contact us within 3 days from receiving your item. Item must be returned to us in the original condition with no use or alterations. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we have received your item and have confirmed that it has not been used or altered, we will promptly refund you right away! Item must be in the same condition as it was when sent.
